Tunneling of Massive Chiral Fermions Through a Potential Barrier
摘要
Abstract
The massive chiral fermions and non-chiral fermions tunneling through a potential barrier is researched .The motion characteristics of chiral fermions in the barrier is highlightedly discussed .An intuitive explanation about Anti "Klein tunneling"is given, while non-chiral fermions tunneling behavior is also compared with chiral fermions tunneling behavior .关键词
