Research on the Chemical Constituents of Lamiophlomis rotate(Benth.) Kudo(Ⅰ)
摘要
Abstract
To study the chemical constituents of the over-ground parts of Lamiophlomis rotata ( Benth.) Kudo, the compounds were isolated by silica gel, MCI chromatography and preparative HPLC.Their structures were then elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic measurements.The results indicated that eleven compounds were isolated from Lamiophlomis rotata ( Benth.) Kudo and were identified as luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside ( 1 ) , apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (2), β-sitosterol (3), verbascoside (4), salidroside (5), 3-(3, 4-dihydroxy-phenyl)-acrylic acid (6), 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(7), 2,5-dihydroxy-benzoic acid(8), 3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol(9), 2,4,5-trihydroxycinnamic acid(10),(E)-4-hydroxyhex-2-enoic acid(11) respectively.Compounds 5 and 8~11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.关键词
