博落回生物碱成分及其抗菌活性的研究
Studies on the Alkaloid Ingredients of Macleayacordata and their Antibacterial Activity
摘要
Abstract
To study the composition of alkaloids from Macleaya Cordata( Wild) R.B, those compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization.Five alkaloids were isolated and their structures as identified by spectral analysis were protopine ( I) , pancorine( II) , norchelerythrine ( III) , 6-acetonyldihydrosanguinarine ( IV) , and 6-acetonyblihydrochelerythrine ( V) .Among these compound ( II ) was isolated from this plant for the first time.These alkaloids showed strong antibacterial effect, especially for Staphylocusaureus.关键词
