脑栓通胶囊有效成分含量测定方法研究
Quantitative Analysis of Effective Constituents in Naoshuantong Capsule
摘要
Abstract
A HPLC method of quantitative analysis was established to determine Typhaneoside,Isorham-netin-3-O-neohespeidoside,Paeoniflorin and β-Ecdysonein in Naoshuantong Capsules for improving its quality standard.The present study determined the four effective contents in twelve batches of the medi-cine and proved that the new-established method is simple,accurate,economical and practical.The study provides a new method for quality control of Naoshuantong Capsule.关键词
