低温环境下高寒列车材料阻尼特性的试验研究
Experimental Research of Material Damping Performance of High-speed Train at Low Temperature

Abstract
In low temperature environment the damping performance of high-speed train damping material changes greatly, in which, a series of problems of vibration and noise of the train occur. The paper makes an investigation into the change of the damping material property used in high-speed train when the environment temperature is, respectively, room temperature,-10 ° C and-25 ° C through the experiment. The experiment considers the four plates with different damping structures. The characteristics of damping change and frequency change are analyzed with the temperature change. The analyzed frequency range is from 0 to 850 Hz, in which the vibration of high-speed train is predominant. In the present work, the mode shapes and the nature frequencies of the plate without damping are calculated by using finite element method. The mode shapes, the resonant frequencies and the damping ratio of the plate with damping are also investigated through the test by use of hammer excitation. The same modes and the same resonant frequencies are further identified and validated by comparing the simulation results to the real experiment results. The damping ratios of 57 modes in the range of less than 850 Hz are found, and also the damping changes of the four plates with different damping structures are obtained in the cases of room temperature,-10 ° C and-25 ° C. The numerical results indicate that the damping material used in current high-speed trains has achieved good damping effectiveness at normal temperature. As the temperature decreases, its damping performance becomes poor. The low temperature damping material has a good performance in low temperature, especially at-10 °C;The normal temperature damping material plays a role in normal temperature in intermediate frequency range. The use of the normal temperature damping material combined with low temperature damping material shows the behavior with a wide temperature range, a wide frequency band and high damping effectiveness. So the mixture of the low and normal temperature damping material is better suited in high-speed trains when the temperature changes very much. The measured data provide a basis for the choice of high-speed train damping material, and the test method provides a reference for damping capacity test of the damping materials.关键词
