Abstract
The noise source and structure of battery electric vehicles (BEV) are quite different from those of the internal-combustion-engine vehicles. Since the noise level of the motor’s powertrain is low, the road-induced interior noise of the BEV becomes dominant. In this paper, the spectrum analysis of interior noise for a type of the BEV is carried out under different conditions. It is shown that the interior noise depends mainly on the contribution of the road-induced structural noise in the low and mid-frequency ranges. By analyzing dynamic structure characteristic of the BEV’s body and panels, the vibration sources and influencing factors of the road-induced interior structural noise are indentified. The study provides a reference for optimization and control of BEV’s interior structural noise.关键词
