Advances on Development and Application of Near Isogenic Lines in Rice
摘要
Abstract
Near isogenic lines,which with a simple genetic background,was commonly used in genetics and breeding re-search of crops. The methods include backcrossing,isolating from mutants and advanced population,and other integrated methods for developing near isogenic lines in rice were introduced. The application of near isogenic lines in gene mapping, gene effects analysis,breeding,physiology function identification and agronomic traits evaluation were summarized.关键词
