摘要
Abstract
The successive backcrossing was used to develop a transgenic male -sterile line 15A after introduction of the male-sterility -causing gene barnase into the cultivar Xiangyou 15 by genetic transformation.This male -sterile line showed a complete male sterility,with no influence of temperature fluctuation on its fertility.For agronomical characters,the male-sterile line is comparable to its receptor parent Xiangyou 15.关键词
