Expression Patterns of SDG8 Gene in Arabidopsis thaliana Induced by Different Plant Hormones
摘要
Abstract
Plant hormones play multiple roles during the whole life of plant,and SDG8 gene also has pleiotropic effects on plant growth,development,metabolism,resistance and so on,but the crosstalk between plant hormones and SDG8 remains elusive.The expression patterns of SDG8 were investigated by qPCR and GUS assay after the treating of Arabidopsis thali-ana Col-0 and pSDG8∷GUS with KT,ABA,GA3,IAA,JA and SA.The results indicated that there were four SDG8 ex-pression models,lower and higher concentration KT suppressed SDG8 gene expression,lower ABA promoted expression while higher ABA reduced expression,GA3 enhanced expression at the same level under lower and higher concentration,IAA,MeJA and MeSA increased expression with the increment of concentration.These results gave us an overall under-standing the expression trend of plant hormones affected on SDG8,which were worthy for further research on interaction of plant hormones and SDG8 genes.关键词
