Abstract
Objective To investigate the predictive value of plasma fFN ( fetal fibrinogen ) , cervical secretions fFN combined with detection of cervical length in preterm labour. Methods A total of 138 cases of pregnant women with threatened preterm labor symptoms were divided into two groups by using a random number table. The control group (n=67) took plasma fFN joint cervical length testing while the observation group (n=71) took cervical secretions fFN joint the detection of cervical length. To compare sensitivity and specificity of two methods for predicting preterm. Results The control group's preterm rate was 80.95% when detection of cervical length <3.0 cm and plasma fFN positive, and preterm birth rate of plasma fFN negative was 9.10%, The difference was statistically significant (χ2=12.34, P<0.05); The preterm birth of cervical length ≥ 3.0 cm and plasma fFN negative was 0%; The observation group's preterm rate was 82.36%when detection of cervical length<3.0 cm and plasma fFN positive, and preterm birth rate of plasma fFN negative was 0%, The difference was statistically significant (χ2=13.10, P<0.05);The preterm birth of cervical length ≥ 3.0 cm and plasma fFN negative was 0. Conclusion Plasma or cervical secretions fFN combined with cervical length detection can improve the prediction of premature, but there is no significant difference on sensitivity and specificity between the two methods.关键词
