Abstract
Objective To evaluate and analyze the outpatient usage of antibacterial drugs in a tertiary hospital. Methods A total of 5500 pieces outpatient prescriptions were checked in 2013 for evaluating the usage of antibacterial drugs. Results Of the total 5500 prescriptions examined, 1080 (19.6%) were prescriptions of antibacterial drugs. The master antibacterial drugs of outpatient prescriptions were Cephalosporins, followed by macrolides and quinolones. Conclusion The outpatient usage of antibacterial drugs in the tertiary hospital is basically reasonable. Yet some prob-lems remain to be tackled,such as drug selection is not reasonable and no indications of medication,should continue to strengthen supervision and management.关键词
