2型糖尿病老年患者血清维生素D水平与代谢的相关性分析
Correlation analysis of serum vitamin D levels and metabolism on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus patients serum vitamin D levels and metabolism. Methods All 149 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with serum 25-(OH)-D content and the degree of obesity group; Glucose and lipid metabolism and inflammatory factors in each group were compared. Results HbA1c, C-RP and BMI of 25-(OH)-D deficient group were significantly higher than that in group HOMA-IR, while 25-(OH)-D and HDL-C were significantly lower than those in group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Obesity group 25-(OH)-D levels and BMI, WC, FPG were negatively correlated, and positively correlated with HOMA-β and HDL-C; while the non obesity group 25-(OH)-D levels and WC, FPG, HbA1c were negatively correlated, and positively correlated with BMI, FINS, HOMA-βetc. HbA1c and C-RP are independent risk factors closely related to the lack of 25-(OH)-D (P<0.05). Conclusion Elderly patients of type 2 diabetes 25-(OH)-D content is generally lower, and lower levels 25-(OH)-D is related to the multiple metabolic disorders.关键词
