Impact on postoperative gastric cancer patients hospitalized of uncertainty in illness treated with system nursing intervention

Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact on postoperative gastric cancer patients hospitalized of uncertainty in illness treated with system Nursing intervention. Methods A total of 98 patients with gastric cancer were collected from August 2012 to August 2013 in our hospital, the patients were divided into control group 49 cases, treated with the im-plementation of routine care measures. Experimental group 49 cases, were given the implementation of the system care measures on the basis of the control group, compared the scores and the differences of the uncertainty illness of two groups admitted to hospital after two days (before the intervention) and after 12 days (after the intervention). Results The uncertainty in Illness Scale of each dimension and the total score of two groups of patients after the intervention were less than two days after admission score before the intervention, the uncertainty in Illness Scale of each dimension and the total score of the experimental group after the intervention were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion On the implementa-tion of hospitalized patients with gastric cancer after cognitive intervention, psychological care, strengthen social sup-port systems, including the contents of the patient's care measures can reduce the level of uncertainty in illness, help to improve the patient's quality of life.关键词
