摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect analysis on elderly periodontitis by supragingival scaling. Methods A total of 80 cases elderly periodontitis patients treated in our hospital from January 2010 to September 2013 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by computer randomized way. The control group patients were given amoxicillin and metronidazole, the experimental group patients accepted supragingival scaling on the basis of amoxicillin and metronidazole. The gingival index, improved the gingival sulcus bleeding index, periodontal pocket depth and the loss of adhesion of the two groups patients were com-pared. Results The gingival index, improved the gingival sulcus bleeding index, periodontal pocket depth and the loss of adhesion of the two groups patients were improved, the gingival index, improved the gingival sulcus bleeding index, periodontal pocket depth and the loss of adhesion of the experimental group were better than that of the control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The supragingival scaling on the basis of amoxicillin and metronidazole can significantly reduce gingival inflammation of periodontitis patients and periodontal pocket depth and the loss of adhesion,it is worthy of further promotion in clinic.关键词
