摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and open Myomectomy. Methods Eighty cases patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were divided into two groups ,40 cases of uterine fibroids took laparoscopic enucleation, the control group 40 cases of uterine fibroids abdominal enucleation,the blood loss,operative time,post-operative discharge time,hospital stay and complications were compared. Results The blood loss, operative time,post-operative discharge time,hospital stay of difference between groups was statistically significant (54.8±6.1 mL,125.9± 28.7 min,22.1±3.4 h,4.6±0.9 d vs 96.2±12.8 mL,62.4±11.8 min,37.9±6.2 h,7.3±1.2 d,t=11.258,21.587,6.715,3.136, P<0.05). The complications of laparoscopic group was 5.0%,was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy surgery over traditional open surgery with less bleeding, less trauma, shorter hospital stay, fewer complications,worthy of widely promotion and application.关键词
