摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of extracts from tetrastigma hemsleyanum diels et gilg on the proliferation of human cervical cancer Hela cells. Methods MTT assay was used to determine the inhibitory rate of the extracts from tetrastigma hemsleyanum diels et gilg on the proliferation of HeLa cells. The morphology of cell apoptosis was observed by inverted microscope. Results The inhibition ratio of tumor cell was gradually increased with the longer extension time or the increase of dosages of the extracts from tetrastigma hemsleyanum diels et gilg the treatment groups was significant differentce(P<0.05) compared with the control group. Under inverted microscope, the tumor cells showed a special phenomenon of cellular apoptosis. Conclusion The extracts of tetrastigma hemsleyanum diels et gilg has a significant toxicological effect on human cervical cancer Hela cells, which positively relates with its concentration and effect time.关键词
