Hp感染与胃癌中p27基因表达的相关性研究
The relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and expression of p27 in human gastric carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and expression of p27 gene in gastric carcinoma tissue, to explore the possible mechanism of Hp infection induced gastric cancer. Methods Hp in-fection was detected by14 carbonandurease breath test (14C-UBT) method,immunohisto Chemical staining was used to detect the expression of p27 protein and quick method, and the relationship with the clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer, correlation between Hp infection and the expression of p27 protein. Results Astric cancer patients with Hp infection rate was 67.9%; There was no correlation between the expression rate of p27 protein in gastric carcinoma patients and thegender, age and tumor size (P>0.05), and the degree of differentiation and gastric carcinoma, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and was closely related to the TNM staging; Is negatively related to p27 gene expression in HPinfection and gastric cancer (r=-0.486, P<0.05). Conclusion HP infection may be by reducing gastric mucosal expression of tumor suppressor gene p27 protein level sinduced gastric mucosal carcinogenesis.关键词
