摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of psychological intervention on improving the survival lifetime of tumor patients. Methods A total of 120 patients which were followed-up and registered with different tumors after discharging in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2013 were retrospectively summarized. There were 60 patients who re-ceived comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment focusing on psychological intervention after treated or losing with operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, regarding them as the observation group. The control group included 60 patients who did not receive the treatment after the operation, radiotherapy and rehabilitation in western medicine hospitals. Results It showed that tumor recurrence rate, mortality rate and disease-free survival time in time durations of one year, three years and five years also gained advantages over the data of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive TCM treatment through psychological intervention enjoy favorable effects. Patients with cancers receiving such treatment have higher life quality, lower recurrence rate, mortality rate and longer survival time. This method deserves further study.关键词
