彩色多普勒超声在下肢静脉血栓诊断中的应用价值
Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To probe the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasounds In the diagnosis of lower limb venous thrombosis. Methods Selected 120 cases of clinical patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis,in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 with color Doppler ultrasound examination, at the same time line digital subtraction an-giography(DSA) inspection, will exceed the results compared with digital subtraction angiography results of diagnostic data with surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results All of 120 cases of lower limb venous thrombo-sis patients, single in the left lower limb venous thrombosis 66 cases, single in the right lower limb venous thrombo-sis,30 cases of double lower limbs and 24 cases of illness. A total intravenous of a CDFI stock total vein thrombosis who tested positive for 40, DSA examination results for 44, accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of CDFI was 80.0%,81.8% and 75.0% respectively. A deep vein of a CDFI accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of 71.4%, 60.0% and 71.4%respectively. A superficial vein77.8%,81.8%and 71.4%. Political vein92.3%,92.3% and 92.3%. Pretoria vein 72.2%, 75.0% and 80.0%. Posterior tibia vein 81.3%, 83.3% and 81.3%. Different segments of a CDFI, DSA examination,the results of positive difference had no statistical significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion When the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis using color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis and identification with high accuracy,high sensitivity and high specificity characteristics.关键词
