急诊高血压患者个体化延续护理的效果分析
Effect analysis of individual continued care of emergency hyperension
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the individual care for patients with emergency hypertension. Meth-ods All 150 hypertensive patients clinical selected from October 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital were retrospec-tively analyzed,all of them according to the order of admission were divided into control group(n=75) and observation group (n=75),the control group was implemented conventional discharge guidance,the observation group individual-ized extended care. The re-treatment rate after the intervention 30 d and after the intervention 90 d, care and control of their blood pressure level satisfaction were compared. Results The re-treatment rate of the observation group after the intervention 30 d and after the intervention 90 d was lower than that of the control group,the nursing job satisfac-tion and their satisfaction with the level of blood pressure control was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The knowledge scores of hypertension of two groups after intervention were significantly higher than before intervention,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency implementation of individual patients with hypertension extended care can reduce the rate of re-treatment, improve nursing job satisfaction, the level of satisfaction with their own blood pressure control and prevention of hypertension knowledge score.关键词
