内镜下治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血68例的疗效及安全性分析
Clinical efficacy and security of endoscopy in treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding:An analysis of 68 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze clinical efficacy and security of endoscopic in treatment of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Mehtods A total of 68 cases with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated by endoscopic were divided into two groups. 34 cases of observation group received emergency endoscopy, and 34 cases of control group received selected period endoscopy. The success rates, re-bleeding rates and blood transfusion rates were compared between two groups. Influencing factors of re-bleeding were analyzed. Results Initial treatment success rates of two groups and initial treatment success rates of all Forrest classification showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Re-bleeding rates, transfusion therapy rates and hospitalization of observation group decreased than control group (P<0.05). Malignancies, inadequate treatment of illness and HGB <90 g/L were independent factors of re-bleeding (OR=1.121~2.331,P<0.05). Conclusion Early endoscopy for patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding can reduce the rate of re-bleeding and blood transfusion. Cancer, inadequate treatment of illness and HGB <90 g/L may lead to re-bleeding, and clinical work should be vigilant.关键词
