摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the safety and effect of transradial approach for PCI operation for elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Selected 90 elderly patients with coronary heart disease from November 2010 to November 2013 in our hospital, all patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group, respectively by transfemoral artery and transradial approach for PCI operation. The clinical curative effect, ECG effect, angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris disease frequency in time, and the incidence of adverse reactio were compared between two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of control group was 75.56%,was significantly lower than the observation group (93.33%),the difference was significant (P<0.05); The total effective rate of ECG of control group was 73.33%,was significantly lower than the observation group (88.89%),the difference was significant (P<0.05); The two groups after treatment for angina pectoris of angina frequency and time decreased significantly at the end of treatment the observation group, and decreased significantly than that of control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reaction of control group was 20.00%,the incidence of adverse reaction of observation group was 15.56%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with femoral artery puncture in elderly patients with coronary heart disease underwent PCI,transradial approach for PCI and high safety, efficacy is good.关键词
