Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of intravenous drip of diltiazem in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris for elderly patients. Methods Sixty-eight elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly allocated to control group and experimental group with 32 cases in each group. The control group received regular treatment, while the experimental group further received intravenous drip of diltiazem. The curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results Total effective rate, incidence of adverse events and times and duration of angina pectoris attack of experimental group were all significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous drip of diltiazem helps effectively to improve patients'heart rate and blood pressure, reduces angina pectoris attack and has rare adverse events, which can be further applied in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris for elderly patients.关键词
