摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the hyodeoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid in zhisuning tablet by HPLC-ELSD. Methods Used Thermo U-3000 HPLC, ChromeleonTM 7 and ELSD 2000ES, drift tube temperature was 105℃, impactor was off, gain was 1, gas flow was 2.0 L/min;Thermo column (4.6í150 mm,C18 5μm 120A) was used with the methanol-0.1%Glacial acetic acid (50:50) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.9 mL/min; The column temperature was 20℃. Results The linear range of hyodeoxycholic acid was (21.530~262.884) μg/mL(r=0.9997), the average recovery was 101.8%(n=9), RSD=2.8%; The linear range of chenodeoxycholic was (11.148~133.776) μg/mL(r=0.9995), the aver-age recovery was 98.0%(n=9), RSD=2.3%. Concluslon This method is simple, sensitive, and accurate for the quality control of astraloside in zhisuning tablet.关键词
