Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast ductal carcinoma in situ. Methods The ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray data of 76 patients from January 2010 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Postoperative pathological results were compared postoperative pathological. The value of ul-trasonography in diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast was analyzed. Results In 76 patients proved by surgery and pathology, 48 cases were malignant tumor patients. 6 cases were misdiagnosed by ultrasonic examination,4 cases were misdiagnosed by molybdenum target X-ray examination. Two methods had no significant differeme (P>0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray is a very good consistency in diagnosis of breast ductal carcinoma in situ. Ultrasound is of high clinical application value in the diagnosis of breast ductal carcinoma in situ.关键词
