摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate curative effect of Dailixin combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qiyeshen'an tablets in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods Patients with post stroke depression in 52 cases were ran-domly divided into two groups,the treatment group was given the Dailixin in the morning,at noon each day 1,at the same time given Qiyeshen’an tablets,2 tablets each time,3 times a day,treatment for 4 weeks. The control group was treated with oral amitriptyline hydrocholoric 25 mg, two times a day. Results The treatment group patients with clinical curative effect was significantly better than control group, decrease in HAMD score compared with the control group more obvious and the total effective rate was 96.0%, higer than control group's 77.8%. Conclusion Dailixin combined with Qiyeshen’an tablets in treatment of post stroke depression has good curative effect,less adverse reaction.关键词
