Abstract
Objective To discuss the impact on modern phacoemulsification cataract extracapsular cataract extraction corneal endothelium. Methods Clinical data in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were treated 44 cases of hard nuclear cataract patients,according to the random principle,all the patients were divided into observation group,22 cases (28 eyes) and control group, 22 cases (27 eyes), all patients were given detailed preoperative systemic and ocular inspection, observation group were treated with phacoemulsification technique and control group were treated with the application of modern extracapsular cataract extraction. Results After treatment,corneal endothelial cell den-sity, mean cell area, hexagonal cells in two groups compared with the preoperative ratio, had a significant difference(P<0.05),corneal endothelial cell density, mean cell area, hexagonal cells and cell loss rate in the observation group compared with the control group had a significant difference (P<0.05), the recovery of visual acuity in patients com pared, there was a significant difference (P<0.05), the incidence of postoperative complications contrast, there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Phacoemulsification can improve visual acuity for hard nuclear cataract patients. However,the extent of damage phacoemulsification on corneal endothelial cells is higher than that of modern extracapsular cataract extraction.关键词
