Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control team management mode in the operating room nursing management. Methods First, set up six quality control groups, by building department nurse-nurse-qual-ity control staff-specialist leader four quality control system, systematically and effectively in all directions, nursing quality control of the whole process. Care error rate, the rate of nursing disputes, doctors nursing satisfaction, patient satisfaction, quarterly check the quality control group rated were compared before and after quality control. Results (1)The quality control of nursing and nursing disputes error rates were 1.67% and 2.50%, were significantly lower than before the QC (6.67% and 9.17%), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) and the quality control of doc-tors and patient care satisfaction scores were (96.28±15.38) points and (95.25±14.09) points, were significantly higher than before the QC [(82.79±12.11) points and (79.96±11.08) points], the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); (2)The quality control of the overall quality score of each group were significantly higher than before the quality control, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion QC team management model appli-cation results in an operating room nursing management is significant, can effectively reduce the error rate and nursing care disputes rates, improve patient care and physician satisfaction, worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.关键词
