摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk of secondary cesarean surgery and preventive measures to reduce the rate of cesarean and secondary cesarean section. Methods Retrospective analysis from January 2012 to December 2013 for two years 105 cases of cesarean section again, from the same period of the first 600 cases of cesarean section were randomly selected as controls 100 parts, compared its operation time, post-partum bleeding, pelvic adhesions, as-pects such as whether the cost of surgery had statistical different. Results Secondary cesarean operation time,postpar-tum hemorrhage, pelvic adhesions, surgical bleading were higher than the first cesarean section. Conclusion Sec-ondary complications of cesarean section is increased, the first cesarean section should be strictly controlled to reduce the cesarean section rate.关键词
