Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of trigeminal neuralgia treated by microvascular decompression. Methods A total of 100 cases of microvascular decompression in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia patients were selected from 2010 February to 2013 February in our hospital, all patients were diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging, excluding the secondary trigeminal neuralgia, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in the treatment group, the microvascular decompression in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia; Ob-servation group of 50 cases, take partial rhizotomy for treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Counted the total effi-ciency of two groups and the operation situation, carries on the analysis. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 94.0%, and the total efficiency of control group was 60.0%, the total efficiency of two groups had statistical sig-nificant difference (P<0.05);Operation situation (operation time, hospitalization daysand intraoperative hemorrhage vol ume) was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Microvascular decompression is the primary trigeminal neuralgia is reliable and safe operationmethod of treatment, the effective rate of treatment is higher than the partial amputation the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia, clinical curative effect, is worth promoting.关键词
