摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate curative effect of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection in treating severe acute pancreatitis. Methods The 22 cases in control group received conventional therapy, absolute diet, gastrointestinal decompression, reduce pancreatic secretion, inhibit inflammatory response, inhibit trypsin activity, inhibition of gastric acid secretion, maintain water electrolyte and acid-base balance treatment; 20 cases in treatment group were given salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection through intravenous drip on the basis of conventional treatment. Results The time of blood and urine amylase returned to normal level and abdominal pain relief time of patients in treatment group were significantly faster than that of the control group, the duration of hospital stays in treatment group were sig-nificantly shortened(P<0.05), the incidence rate of MODS was also significantly decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection has good clinical efficacy on decreased the incidence rate of MODS and shorten-ing the course of severe acute pancreatitis.关键词
