Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with Ozagrel in treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with progressive cerebral infarction in our hospi-tal from June 2011 to November 2013 were randomly divided into the control group(n=40) and the treatment group(n=40),the control group was given Ozagrel and conventional treatment, the treatment group was given conventional treatment. Low molecular weight heparin calcium and ozagrel , the degree of neurological impairment of two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment were compared, and the therapeutic effect were compared according to the evaluation results of two groups. Results The scores of neurological deficit of two groups increased after treatment ,but which in the treatment group dramatically increased, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 75% and 90%,respectively,the treatment group was better than the control group, curative ef-fects of the two groups improved after treatment , but the increase in the treatment group was significantly differential from the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with Ozagrel has a sig-nificant effects on treating progressive cerebral infarction ,and can effectively improve the neurological function ,so is worthy of clinical widely.关键词
