Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of leflunomide combined with methotrexate in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods All 70 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the obser-vation group ﹙LEF+MTX) and control group ﹙MTX), 35 cases in each group, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared, and the number of swollen joints, tender joint count and ESR, CRP level were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results In observation group after treatment, 22 cases markedly effective, effec-tive in 10 cases,3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 91.4%;After treatment, markedly, effective in 15 cases, effective in 9 cases, invalid 11 cases, the total effective rate of control group was 68.6%,the difference was sig-nificant between two groups﹙P<0.05). After treatment,the number of swollen joints, tender joint count and ESR, CRP levels of observation group changed more significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant﹙P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of leflunomide combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheuma-toid arthritis is better than the simple application of methotrexate,and the security is good,worthy of clinical popular-ization and application.关键词
