摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the quality improvement effect of nursing level management in clinical nursing service. Methods A total of 80 cases of nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care, the experimental group used nursing management, the theory examination score, nursing quality, nursing satisfaction score were compared between two groups before and after nursing management. Results The nursing management scores of the experimental group compared to the control group had no significant difference before intervention(P>0.05﹚; after nursing management, the undergraduate score of experimental group was (91.52±18.55﹚, specialist score was(88.74±19.11﹚, was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05﹚;the experimen-tal group adopted the basic nursing treatment and nursing after the score of hierarchical management (97.32±1.34﹚, health education score (96.01±1.32﹚, nursing document score (96.21±2.03﹚, nursing operation score of (96.18±2.35﹚, ward management quality score(95.45±0.67﹚, was higher than that of control group (P<0.05﹚; the experiment group of nursing management after the patient satisfaction scores (94.54±0.76﹚, nurses on job satisfaction score (95.63±1.27﹚, was higher than that of control group(P<0.05﹚. Conclusion Nursing hierarchy management can effectively improve the quality and nursing service satisfaction.关键词
