经尿道前列腺电切术对良性前列腺增生患者的疗效及生活质量的影响OA
Effect of transurethral resection of the prostate therapeutic effect and quality of life in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia
目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术对良性前列腺增生患者的疗效及生活质量的影响。方法选择2011年1月~2014年1月我院应用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的良性前列腺增生患者50例作为观察组，另选择2008年1月~2011年1月我院应用传统开放性手术治疗的良性前列腺增生患者32例作为对照组，比较两组术后的疗效及两组患者手术前后IPSS、Qmax、RUV及生活质量评分的变化情况。结果观察组患者术后的总有效率达92%，显著高于对照组（75%）（P<0.05）…查看全部>>
