肿瘤深部热疗联合羟考酮缓释片治疗骨转移癌痛的临床疗效观察
The clinical efficacy of tumor deep hyperthermia combined with oxy-codone sustained-release tablets in the treatment of bone metastasis of cancer pain
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and security of tumor deep hyperthermia combined with oxy-codone sustained-release tablets in the treatment of bone metastasis of cancer pain. Methods All 120 cases of bone metastasis of cancer patients diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into two group. The experimental group received tumor deep hyperthermia combined with oxycodone sustained-release tablets treatment ,and the control group was given oxycodone sustained-release tablets for treatment.And observe Karnofsky behavior score ,pain relief rate and adverse reaction conditions of two groups. Results After treatment,the experiment group’s Karnofsky behavior score was (60.72±6.08),and the control group’s Karnofsky behavior score was (30.37±5.31),which was significantly lower than the experiment group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the total efficiency of the experimental group of patients after treatment (65.08%) was significantly greater than the control group of patients with total efficiency (19.30%),there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The adverse reactions indexing of two groups pa-tients had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of tumor deep hyperthermia combined with sustained-release oxycodone tablets in the treatment of bone metastases of cancer pain is significantly ,which can improve the quality of life of patients, their process of side effects,so it is worth of promotion in clinic.关键词
