Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of severity of Psoriasis on Quality of Life in psoriatic patients. Methods 220 cases of patients with psoriasis were collected from our department, then were divided into light,medium and heavy groups according to the PASI score, evaluated the quality of life of the patients using quality of life index (DLQI) and psoriasis disability index(PDI)scale. Results We found the differences in daily life, work and study, interpersonal relationship and leisure aspects of mild and moderate and severe, moderate and severe patients were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in terms of treatment(P>0.05), according to PDI scores ;and we found the differences in physiological, psychological, daily activities, social activities, sports, clothing, work study, family and treatment of mild and moderate and severe, moderate and severe patients were statistically significant (P<0.05), but no significant difference in sex and treatment(P>0.05) according to DLQI scores. Conclusion Psoriasis patients generally have lower quality of life, and the more severe the diease is the more impact it may have on the daily life, clinician should take care.关键词
