Abstract
Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of Kanglaite Injection combined with cis-platinum for malignant pleural effusion. Methods Clinical data of 36 cases with malignant pleural effusion were retrospectively analyzed. 16 cases of study group were treated by Kanglaite injection combined with cis-platinum intrathoracic injection, and 20 cases of control group were treated by cis-platinum intrathoracic injection. Changes of pleural effusion PAI-1、TGF-β、TNF-αlevels at 24 h and 48 h after treatment of two groups were compared. Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions af-ter 4 weeks of two group were compared. Results Treatment of 48 h, pleural effusion PAI-1、TGF-β、TNF-αlevels of study group were higher than control group(P<0.01). Pleural effusion 4 weeks, pleural effusion LDH level(721.9±80.3 U/L) of study group was higher than control group, CEA(7.9±2.1μg/L) was lower than control group, and CR (50.00%) was higher than control group(10.00%)(P<0.01). Conclusion Kanglaite injection combined with cis-platinum for ma-lignant pleural effusion shows good clinical efficacy, is advantageous to the pleural fibrosis, and can improve CR and reduce adverse reactions.关键词
