静注丙种球蛋白治疗传染性单核细胞增多症的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intravenous injection of gamma globulin in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis. Methods All 80 cases of child patients with infectious mononucleosis from September 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and control group ,each group included 40 cases. The observation group was treated with gamma globulin , while the control group were given ribavirin plus IFN-α treatment, the efficiency, the clinical symptoms and signs of life changes were compared between two groups. Results The clinical symptom,life signs and the cure rate of observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Gamma globulin in treatment of infectious mononucleosis has define effect and safety, worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
