Abstract
As the carrier of hospital card and culture, the hospital newspaper plays a rather important role in the hos-pital development and culture construction. Combined with the actual work, starting from the newspaper orientation, page content and organizational mechanism, this article try to explore a good way for how to run the hospital newspaper in a better way so as to promote the construction of hospital culture.关键词
