Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical value of partial nephrectomy with nephronsparing under retroperitoneal laparoscopy in the treatment of renal tumors. Methods Sixty cases of patients with renal cell carcinoma in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were reviewed, among which the 34 cases treated with partial nephrectomy with nephron sparing under retroperitoneal laparoscopy were set as the study group,and the other 26 cases treated with tra-ditional surgery of open renal resection were set as the control group. Results The duration of operation time, vascular occlusion ofrenal pedicle and postoperative hospital stays as well as other aspects of patients in the study group and the control group had statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Partial nephrectomy with nephron sparing under retroperitoneal laparoscopy is of good effect for patients with kidney tumors.关键词
