摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore curative effect observation for advanced age patients with low rectal cancer by laparo-scopic surgery. Methods By retrospective analysis method, 40 patients with low rectal cancer by laparoscopic surgery from December 2010 to December 2012 were studied as observation group. 40 patients of low rectal cancer were se-lected at the same time by open surgery as control group. Complications,postoperative anal function and 2 years local recurrence rates of two groups were compared. Results Postoperative complications, anal sphincter control defecation function and local tumor recurrence rate of two groups with were compared,there was no statistically significant differ-ence(P>0.05). Conclusion Advanced age patients with low rectal cancer by laparoscopic surgery have an obvious adven-tage in therapeutic effect,safety and reliability. The technology is worth popularization and application.关键词
