肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨骨折的临床效果分析
The clinical efficacy analysis of locking proximal humerus plate in curing senile proximal humerus fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of locking proximal humeral plate (LPPH) in curing senile proximal humerus fractures. Methods According to different forms of treatments, 40 cases of senile proximal humerus fractures in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2013, were divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group accepted LPPH treatment, and the control group underwent conventional plate treatment, and the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results Pain scores and activity scores of the patients after 6 months and 12 months were significantly lower than those of the control group,and there was a significant difference between good rates. Complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of the treatment of shortened proximal humerus plate in senile proximal humerus fractures is remarkable. Locking proximal humerus plate has light pain, good functional recovery,fewer complications and other advantages,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
