Abstract
Objective To understand the drug compliance of patients with hypertension,and to explore its influencing factors in order to improve the treatment compliance of patients with essential hypertension. Methods From May 2010 to May 2012,selected 350 cases with hypertension, including whether the long-term adherence to medication,whether prescription medication compliance and so on, analyzed patient's medication compliance, indexing and hypertension medication adherence relationship and influencing factors by Logistic regression analysis. Results Among 350 cases of patients, patients with good adherence 125 patients (35.7%), poor compliance 200 cases (64.3%), specific perfor-mance was adhere to long-term medication,Failure to comply with the number of medication prescribed medicine,did not follow the prescribed medicine dosage of medication,medication,etc. did not follow doctor's orders on time. Logis-tic regression analysis showed that patients forget medication, medical inconvenience, drug side effects, whether en-gaged in medical work and poor subjective health assessment factors, medication adherence had a significant impact. Conclusion Hypertensive patients receiving clinical treatment compliance is poor, especially in medication compli-ance, not to long-term medication more common in patients with hypertension strengthen health education can im-prove patient medication compliance.关键词
