摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of different specimen storage time and storage temperature of blood screening results. Methods A total of 53 patients of blood were collected, accuratly recorded of the acquisition time and number, centrifugation after placed half an hour. Total protein, albumin, glucose, uric acid, ALT and K+were de-tected being placed in a refrigerator at 4 ℃ were preserved after 0 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h; In addition these indicators were detected at a stored at room temperature after 0 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h. The indicators were detected by using Roche MODULAR P800 automatic biochemical analyzer. Results (1) At 4℃, 6~24 h total protein levels were signifi-cantly higher than 0 h(P<0.05); 12 h, 24 h albumin levels were significantly higher than 0 h and 6 h (P<0.05), and the difference was not statistically significant between albumin levels of 0 h and 6 h (P>0.05); 6~24 h glucose levels were significantly higher than 0 h (P<0.05);24 h ALT levels were significantly higher than 0 h, 6 h and 12 h (P<0.05), the difference was not statistically significant between 0, 6, 12 h ALT levels (P>0.05); 0~24 h uric acid levels were not significantly different (P>0.05); 12 h and 24 h K+levels were significantly higher than 0 h, 6 h, and 0 h, 6 h K+levels were not statistically different (P>0.05); (2) At room temperature, 0 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h total protein, albumin, uric acid and glucose levels were not significantly different (P>0.05); 6 h, 12 h, 24 h ALT and K+ levels were significantly higher than 0 h (P<0.05). Conclusion The hospital laboratory blood samples save time and storage temperature should be regulated to ensure the accuracy of blood screening results.关键词
