Abstract
Objective To explore treatment efficacy of gastrectomy in treatment of bleeding of gastric ulcer. Methods All 86 patients with bleeding of gastric ulcer were selected in our hospital during January to December 2013 and then divided into two groups according to the treatments, the control group and the observation group, 43 patients in each group. The control group received conservative therapy, while the observation group were treated with gastrectomy. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The gastric function recovery time and hospital stay of the observation group were (32.43±2.1) h, (6.8±1.3) d, which were significantly better than those in control group [(47.68±4.6) h, (14.7±2.6) d], and there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The complication rate of observa-tion group was 6.98%, which was significantly lower than 27.91% in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective of observation group was 95.35%, which was significantly better than 74.42% in control group (P<0.05). After 24 months follow-up, the recurrence rate of observation group was 3.85%, which was significantly lower than 38.46%in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of gastrectomy for bleeding of gastric ulcer has a significant effect, low recurrence rate, which is worthy of promotion in clinical.关键词
