Abstract
Objective To compare and analyze the effect of PFNA and DHS in the treatment of femoralintertrochanteric fracture. Methods From December 2013 to December 2014,selected 64 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital,32 cases were treated with DHS, as the establishment group B, 32 patients were treated with PFNA, as the establishment group A. Results The operation time, postoperative weight-bearing time of group A was shorter than that in group B(P<0.05). In the intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative drainage of group A was signif-icantly less than that in group B(P<0.05). The complication rate in A group was 6.25%, significantly less than that in group B 18.75%(P<0.05). The excellent rate of hip joint function after operation in group A was 84.4%, the excellent rate of hip joint function in group B was 71.9%, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect is better than that and PFNA internal fixation for intertrochanteric fracture of the femur of DHS fixation, with shorter op-eration time, less bleeding during the operation,less postoperative complication, hip function recovery has the advan-tages of good effect,worthy of extensive promotion and application.关键词
