锁骨钩钢板固定治疗锁骨远端骨折患者的康复护理
The rehabilitation nursing of clavicle hook plate fixation on patients with distal clavicle fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the rehabilitation nursing measures and the nursing effects of clavicle hook plate fix-ation on patients with distal clavicle fractures. Methods Selected 86 patients who suffered from distal clavicle fractures and who were accepted treatment of clavicle hook plate fixation in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 as the research objects,and these patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group with the way of coin tossing, with 43 patients in each group. In the control group, they were treated with the conventional nursing mode while in the experimental group,these patients were treated with the rehabilitation nursing based on the conven-tional nursing mode. Results The outcome could indicate that after the looperation the shoulder joint performances of patients in these two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). In addition,comparing one month after the opera-tion with three months after operation, in the experimental group,the shoulder joint performance were evidently better than that in the control group, and differences of the results of two groups had the statistical significance (P<0.05). The two groups after clavicular hook plate fixation for the treatment of pain index decreased significantly in the test group decreased, compared to the control group were more significantly(P=0.001); after clavicular hook plate fixation treatment, the control groupdaily life in 27 cases, 35 cases of test group; 13 cases of control group life needs help,test group 7 cases;the control group life could not completely treatment in 3 cases,1 case of test group;patients in ex-perimental group in the living ability improvement was better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The reha-bilitation nursing of clavicle hook plate fixation on patients with distal clavicle fractures have good clinical effects. In this way,the function recovery of the shoulder joints can be effectively promoted and thus is worth promoting in the clinical application.关键词
