低强度脉冲超声波对骨质疏松种植体的临床研究
Clinical research of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound in osteoporosis dental implant
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound in osteoporosis dental im-plant. Methods From January 2010 to January 2014,100 osteoporosis dental implant patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table,50 cases in each group. The control group was given the con-ventional dental implants and anti osteoporosis treatment. The observation group was used the low-intensity pulsed ul-trasound on the basis of the control group. After treatment for 1 year,the implant-bone healing time, the implant heal-ing time, IL-6, TNF-α, BALP, the implant surrounding bone resorption and stimulate, the incidence of pain and in-flammation,etc were observed. Results The bone mineral density,the bone absorption of the implant team,IL-6,TNF-α,BALP improvement in the observation group were superior to the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The implant-bone healing time, the implant healing time,the incidence of the stimulate pain and the inflammation in the observation group were lower than the control group. The differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05). Conclusion The low intensity pulsed ultrasound can promote the growth of osteoblasts,inhibiting osteo-clast,effectively increase the bone density,promote healing of bone around the implant bone absorption,stimulate the pain and inflammation.关键词
