摘要
Abstract
Leptin is a product of the obese(ob)gene and acts through its receptor(ob-R). The actions of leptin extend from reproduction and angiogenesis to immune system homeostasis. Recent studies have shown that leptin may be in-volved in the development of respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,lung cancer and asth-ma. Here is to make a review on the relationship and mechanisms between leptin and pulmonary diseases.关键词
